Dr Bassem Younes is an educator and consultant with a track record in setting up and licensing of Higher Education entities and the accreditation of academic programs. He was the Director of Strategic Alliances at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and is a member of the Advisory Council for the Hamdan Bin Mohammad Smart University in the UAE.
Dr Arman Farahmand-Razavi is an entrepreneurial leader and management consultant specialising in business innovation, strategic transformation, and startup development. His career spans diverse sectors including transport and planning advisory, education and human capital development, and technology-driven ventures. He brings a strong track record of navigating complex change in environments where traditional business models are being disrupted.
